Are you looking to begin an exercise program? Our WalkFIT classes for Champlain College Employees are a great way to begin Strength Training, improve your Aerobic Conditioning and improve your range of motion. We use the indoor track, bands and weights to condition our bodies at each individual level. WalkFIT is held on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7:30-8:20 am at The Edge on Eastwood Terrace.
