New Employees in January

Jennifer Reardon-Brown joins the Registrar team as Assistant Registrar. In this position, she will be Processing and evaluating transfer credit, assisting new transfer students, and working with varied incoming student populations. Jennifer has her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusettes – Amherst and her Master of Education in School Library and IT from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Ali Hadi joins the Division of Information Technology & Services as Assistant Professor in Computer Networking and Cybersecurity and Computer and Digital Forensics. Ali joins us from Amman, Jordan where he received his Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems in 2010. He has vast experience in teaching and curriculum development at the college level. Additionally, Ali the touts many years of industry experience as a specialist in Cyber Security, File-System Forensics, and Incident Response. The search committee was particularly impressed with his knowledge and passion for student-centered teaching.

Joseph Eastman joins the Division of Information Technology & Services as Assistant Professor in Computer Networking and Cybersecurity and Computer and Digital Forensics. Joe is joining us from Eastern Michigan University where he earned his MS in Information Assurance and has been teaching a lot of classes since 2011. Joe also worked as a cybersecurity analyst with Wolverine Tech. The search committee was particularly impressed with his extensive outreach within the security community and his active participation in student competitions.

Brendan Bubion joins the Information Systems team as Senior Coordinator in the Production Equipment Rental House. Brendan previously held the positions of Video Producer at the Parent Company, Field Producer at Lake Champlain Access Television, and Program Coordinator at the Navigators – all companies local to Burlington, VT. In this current role, Brendan will be working primarily with the Filmmaking and Broadcast Media Program Directors and students.
