Easter Hours, Sunday April 1st (Williston): Our Williston location will be open from 3:00pm-7:00pm. Join us for BodyFlow at 5:00pm. All other locations will be closed.
BodyJam (Williston): We’ve added a second BodyJam class to our Group Fitness schedule! Join us Fridays at 9:00am in Williston with Courtney to try it out. BodyJam is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat.
NEW! Adult Doubles Instructional League (Essex): Beginning April 8th! Start playing matches with adults your level in a fun learning environment. This league is designed for players who have basic tennis skills including serve but have little to no match play experience. A coach will assist players in learning scoring, court positioning and tactics for the first 3 weeks. The league will run for 8 weeks on Sundays from 4:30-6:00pm. Partners will be mixed around each week. Fees are $65 for members and $130 for nonmembers for the 8 week session. Spin your Wheels for a Good Cause (Essex): VT AMBUCS & The EDGE Spinning Fundraiser, Friday, April 13th from 4:30-8:30pm at the Edge in Essex. Join us for 4 hours and spin to raise as much money as you can! Ride solo or come as a team – each rider takes an hour time slot. To ride, each team must raise a minimum of $200. Donations can be made by here. Donations are $200 per bike. To ride, each bike/team must raise a minimum of $200 or $50 per hour/rider. Prizes will be given during the classes and the highest fundraiser will win a 2-night stay for 2 at the Robert Frost Mountain Cabins in Ripton, VT.

Swimming Saves Lives 2018 (Williston): Register for a series of FOUR free adult swim lessons through the EDGE Masters Swim Team’s annual Swimming Saves Lives program. This program is geared towards adults with little to no swimming background as well as adults with a fear of the water. Past participants have had tremendous success overcoming fears and learning basic swim skills with the help of patient, skilled volunteer Edge Masters swimmers. Space is limited. 5th Annual Masters Swim Like a Fool/Vermont Senior Games Meet (Williston): The EDGE is hosting our 5th Annual Masters Swim Like a Fool/Vermont Senior Games swim meet on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at our Williston EDGE location. The pool will be open for warm-up at noon and the meet will begin at 1:00pm. This meet will be run simultaneously as the 2018 Vermont Senior Games State Swimming Championships. This is a qualifying year for the National Senior Games to be held next year in New Mexico. Visit for a link to the Meet Announcement and Entry Form. Jolyn Master’s Swim Meet Trunk Show (Williston): Jolyn will be selling their swimwear during the Master’s Swim Meet on April 7th from 12:00pm-4:00pm. Jolyn is a California based company that specializes in adjustable bathing suits and tops; they are ideal for the active girl and water woman in any setting. Cash, card, and check will all be accepted at the meet.

EDGE Run Club (W Twin Oaks): Come join the lululemon Church Street team and run ambassador, Jamie Sheahan, for an 8-week run club starting April 4th. Meet every Wednesday at 5:45pm at the W. Cardio Sign-Up Reminders (All locations): Reminder to all members that there is a 45 minute time limit on each type of cardiovascular machine. Please sign up on our sign-up sheets located in our fitness centers. There is a 5-minute grace period for using the machine you reserved – after 5 minutes, your reservation is forfeited.

Parisi Collegiate Summer Training 2018 (Williston): Parisi Speed School will be offering comprehensive 1-on-1 assessments, fully individualized programming, 1:4 coach:athlete session ratio, MyZone heart rate technology, on-site pre & rehabilitation, recovery modalities, and off-hour facility use. Golf Strength and Performance Program (Parisi Speed School, Williston): The next Golf Strength and Performance program runs April 17th to May 24th, every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6:00-7:00pm at the Parisi Speed School in Williston. Open to ages 11-16. No prior golf experience or golf clubs needed. Increase your core, control, coordination, and total body strength, all while having fun and working hard with Coach Joe. Cost is $15 per session. Space is limited, be sure to contact Coach Joe at to reserve your spot.
Spring Tennis Programs – Registration Open TODAY! (Essex): The 10-week Spring session at the Edge in Essex begins the first week of April for junior classes. See our Junior Tennis Spring Guide to view our class listings, schedules, and fees. Junior Summer Tennis Camp  – March Registration Special! (Essex):

Please visit our website to view our summer tennis camp offerings. There are morning camps from 8:30am-12:30pm for ages 6-8 (Orange ball camps), ages 8-10 (Green ball camps), ages 10-12 (Yellow ball camps) and an afternoon Competitive camp for players ages 13-18 from 1:00-5:00pm.March Camp Special – Buy 2 weeks of camp and get a week FREE: Players must be registered by March 31st in order to receive the free week. Playspace (All locations): The Edge Playspace offers drop-in care to members and non-members. We offer one visit per day, up to two hours.
We are offering “FREE Friend Friday” on March 30th at our W. Twin Oaks. If you are a current member and would like to invite a guest to come try out the Playspace with a FREE guest pass, contact to receive your free pass.
